Well AI was taken down about a year ago and SA has statloss. I don't know of any orcs playing UO right now. I'm messing around on Hybrid mostly because nothing is happening.

SA has stat loss but it also has the old school chaos and order and capture the flag which is a lot of fun. The Devs are really committed and make tweaks all the time to keep it exactly the way it was in T2A. Shadowclan made it work on Catskills, it is possible we could make it work there.

We tried before. The only way for it to work and appeal somewhat to old and new members would be to remain a blue guild and just mass war everyone on the shard. It would drastically reduce the count rate we would receive that would make us go red.
I tried to stay interested in it when Ri was leading the branch on SA but the ever looming prospect of statloss killed most of my drive to play there.

I don't know honestly. It's been suggested a few times but no one has taken any action. Skill gain is extremely easy and fast to do. You can make a 5x GM dexxer in one day. A mage takes about 2 days total. Resources and money are fairly easy to come by.
Bloodclan is deeply rooted into the foundation of Hybrid. The only difficulty would be finding housing and people willing to join you. Also the community sucks pretty bad.
Having said that, I would be all for an official SC branch on Hybrid. I would dedicate all my time and resources towards the success of the clan.

With the most recent patch, all Order flag green to other order, all Chaos flag green to other Chaos. Murderers are still sorta screwed in this situation, but if you're Order or Chaos you are free to attack ANY other O/C w/out penalty. New records for Clients and IP's logged in last night, so the server is still growing. UOSA is by far the best emu/free server around right now, Hybrid staff (and item shop) is a joke.
Most recent patch notes
New record Clients and (more importantly) IP's
Edit:
I loved (and still do) playing an Orc in UO, but it can grow stale after time (and after having done it from scratch on Cats/SP/IPY/AI/UOSA) - perhaps a Brigands themed SC player guild or maybe even a *gasp* good guy/anti-pk SC player guild would hold attention and be a nice change of pace? Lord knows there are enough pk's and griefers on UOSA or Hybrid to warrant it.

Angel Island is gone but Second Age is still going strong. The thing is, we can't play on Second Age as we did with Siege Perilous. :/

Well, in case anyone is interested. I bumped into some former Catskills orcs making a go of it at the Yew fort on UOSA. Name is Yew uruk'hai or something like that. That was about 2 weeks ago. I think there were only 4 of them on the rock last I checked but two of them were online at least.

That makes sense now - I saw an [Ork] tagged char in/around the greater Yew area over this past weekend. Was on my tamer-in-training, and got to RP a bit w/ the Ork (wish I could remember the name) before I stepped offscreen to tame a great hart to offer as food. He was gone when I came back.
