Chapter Ash: The Fall of the Dog Eye Tribe

Year 540, Month Hdub, Day H

History kept by U'bom da sour

Casualties were taking place at the last bastion of the native Draenei. The Dog Eye Tribe, led by Gul Nubfist, were tasked with charging the front lines and dispatching the guard towers to allow the rest of the Shadowmoon forces easy access. As the Dog Eye tribe gathered their troops and prepared for their last grand battle, discension started to appear in the grunt's hearts. As they marched slowly to battle, a segment of grunts rebelled against the rest. This group of orcs attacked their comrads and caused heavy damage before they were dispatched. With their forces weakened, the Dog Eye tribe was decimated by the Draenei's magic and weapons.

Gul Nubfist's head was placed on the front walls of the Draeneis fortress as a reminder of the Dog Eye tribe's defeat. The remaining of the Dog Eye tribe were forced to retreat. Once they returned to the Shadowmoon Fortress, they were promptly disbanded.

Year 540, Month Hgakh, Day Gakh

The Shadowmoon clan elders gathered in the war room and discussed the events. The Dog Eye tribe were the only hope of defeating the Draenei without crippling themselves and becoming vulnerable to the other clans. They decided to call forth their best warriors to drink the blood of the demon lord Colvastt, and charge the walls of the Draenei. They sought the tribe leaders and ordered them to present the elders with their best grunts.

Chok Torgut of the Clubfoot tribe, Jorb of the Clubfoot tribe, Mashulat of the Grinning Axe tribe, Sapat Bludgund of the former Dog Eye tribe, and Grrol of the former Dog Eye tribe were sent before the elders.

The clan elders sent them to the Bone Wastes of Draenor to slay the demon lord Colvastt in his fortress and drink of his blood.

Weapons were forged, wolfs mounted, and sacrifices of peons were had. The H grunts set forth on their mission.

I, U'bom da sour, was sent on the mission with them to keep a written record of the event.

Chapter Dub: Colvasst's Death

Year 540, Month Hgakh, Day Dubty Ash

History kept by U'bom da sour

The H grunts approached the outskirts of the Bone Wastes. The jagged mountains had caused trouble for their wolves, so they decided to dismount and they pressed forward into the demon lord's land on foot. As they marched through the wasteland, they approached the first resistance of the demon lord. A small skirmish took place within in the dead land, and was soon over. The demon lord's first force was defeated.

Chok Torgut was burned heavily on his right arm.
Jorb lies on his back dead with a pike sticking out of his stomach.
Mashulat is untouched.
Sapat Bludgund is untouched.
Grrol was struck with a club on his left leg. He walks with a limp now.

Year 540, Month Hgakh, Day Dubty Gakh

The four remaining grunts approached Colvasst's fortress. Colvaast had made an alliance with the Bonechewer clan. A small division stood guard outside of the fortress.

Hgakh Grunts
Dub Raiders
Futh Warlocks
Ash Shaman

The futh grunts let out battle cries and charged the Bonechewer clan orcs. After several hours, the battle had ended with the defeat of the Bonechewer Clan. All of the Shadowmoon clan grunts received no injuries. The grunts fought through the demon lord's minions until they finally were facing their objective.

Chok Torgut let out a war cry and the futh grunts charged Colvaast. The battle lasted for several hours, but the grunts were successful. Their only casualty was Grrol of the former Dog Eye tribe.

The gakh remaining orcs drank the blood and became engulfed in in flames. Their bodies sweltered, and smoked as the flames ripped them apart. After the smoke cleared, the gakh were standing, each one in a pile of black soot. As they stood upon the ashes of their old selfs, another Bonechewer clan force had arrived. The newly rejuvenated grunts tore the Bonechewer clan's orcs to pieces. Drenched in blood, they toasted to their new powers and to the Shadowmoon clan.

Chapter Gakh: The Creation of the Ghaashbluds

Year 540, Month Hfuth, Day Ash

History kept by U'bom da sour

Chok Torgut, Sapat Bludgund, and Mashulat were summoned by the Shadowmoon clan elders. They denounced their current tribes, and were bestowed the rank of nob in the newly formed Ghaashblud tribe. The Ghaashblud tribe was to be led by the gakh, and formed of only bloodlusted orcs from the Shadowmoon clan. Due to the instability of the gakh nobs, the clan elders all agreed that this tribe would be disbanded after the initial assault on the Draenei fortress.

The gakh nobs soon recruited within the other tribes for their new army. After dub days, the tribe had its members and preparations were made for the assault on the Draenei's fotress.

Chapter Futh: The Gakh Pillars

Year 541, Month Dub, Day HH

History kept by U'bom da sour

The Ghaashbluds set out to the base camp for the Shadowmoon clan. As they approached, the gakh nobs called for a hault. They gathered the Ghaashblud grunts around a huge fire inbetween the gakh mountains called the Death Kennel*.

*The mountains were discovered and named by Gul Nubfist of the former Dog Eye tribe.

Chok Torgut called out for all of the grunts that constantly craved the blood of their enemies, that never felt peace with their hunger for blood. As they approached him, he sent them out to gather large red stones from the ash mountain.

Sapat Bludgund called out for all the grunts that felt they could sacrifice their blood lust in the heat of battle, orcs that could clear their mind and take charge. As they approached him, he sent them out to gather large grey stones from the dub mountain.

Mashulat called out for all the grunts that their hate burned just as furiously as their blood, the orcs that fought with a bitter hatred of all beings. As they approached him, he sent them out to gather large black stones from the last mountain.

From each stone pile, a pillar was erected.

Chok Torgut placed his hand on his pillar and bade the grunts surrounding him to do so to. As they lay their hands on the red stones, he had them pledge themselves to the pillar Blogu, Blood Hunger.

Sapat Bludgund placed his hand on his pillar and bade the grunts surrounding him to do so to. As they lay their hands on the grey stones, he had them pledge themselves to the pillar Urdan, Command.

Mashulat placed his hand on his pillar and bade the grunts surrounding him to do so to. As they lay their hands on the black stones, he had them pledge themselves to the pillar Urrogat, Hatred.

Each grunt pledged themselves to a pillar, their tribe, and their clan.

Chapter H: Fortress Asunder, and the Future of the Ghaashbluds

Year 541, Month Dub, Day Gakhty

History kept by U'bom da sour

The Ghaashbluds stormed the front lines as the Draenei released their arrows. The suns of Draenor set as the battle continued. Casualties were heavy on either side, but the tenedacity of the Ghaashbluds preservered and the front wall of the Draenei was disminished.

A loud battlecry was heard, and the bulk of Shadowmoon clan forces moved in to finish off the remaining Draenei. Shadowmoon clan flags were raised in triumpth high over the burning ashes of the Draenei fortress.

Year 541, Month Gakh, Day HH

The clan elders gathered the three nobs together once again. They showered the gakh nobs in praises and blessings. However they told the gakh nobs to disband their tribe, as was their agreement. Chok Torgut, Sapat Bludgund, and Mashulat removed their blood soaked shirts from their bodies and laid them infront of the elders. They turned and began to walk out of the war room.

A lone peon rushed into the war room and ran right by the gakh ex-nobs. His face was riddle with cuts and blood. He shouted that the Bonechewer clan had moved to strike against the Shadowmoon clan. They were marching this very minute to the Shadowmoon fortress. They had already laid waste to the buffer colonies around the skeletal coast.

The elders called for the gakh ex-nobs to lead the Shadowmoon clan to victory over the Bonechewers. The Ghaashblud tribe along with the rest of the Shadowmoon clan routed the outsider's force and began to siege the Bonechewer clan's territory.

The elders once again called a meeting between themselves in the war room. They decided that the Ghaashbluds were to be kept until a time of peace when they would blow the sacred horn of Gashba the Ogre.*

*Gashba the Ogre led the Shadowmoon clan until his apprentice slew him in his sleep. After each successful battle, Gashba the Ogre would blow his mighty war horn to signal a time of peace.

The horn has yet to be blown.

Is there a place where Grunts of the Ghaash'Bluud can go and pledge themselves to one of the three pillars? Because I think that Anak would love to pledge himself to the pillar Urdan, command.

I'd talk to a current Ghaashblud nob and see if they are still following the three pillars.

I know at one point we had a ranking system for each pillar and a list of ways to achieve a higher ranking.

The system hasn't been used for a long time. However, if somebody could get me a copy of the system and how it worked I would be interested in restarting it.

I don't have access to the Ghaashblud board and don't have a copy of it in my PMs.

The pillar system is back in use. Hoowah to Undarro, Gordakh and Luuhk for being the first three to accompany Gutlak to the Death Kennel and pledge themselves to the pillars.
