Members of Shadowclan are expected to follow the basic chain of command. Starting at the bottom and working our way up.
Basic Chain of Command is: Clan Goth >> Goth >> Grunt >> Gruntee >> Runt
Runts
Rank 9 - Runt: Everyone joins Shadowclan as a Runt. No minimum level. Runts are learning about Shadowclan.
Runts are not allowed to have last names.
Runts should only use light brown equipment (armor, shield, cloak - dye it at first opportunity)
Gruntees
Rank 6 - Gruntee: Minimum level is 25. Gruntees have fully committed themselves to being in Shadowclan for the life of their character and have demonstrated a good understanding of about Shadowclan during a gruntee test, but are still in training. Send a private message to Goths to arrange a test if you are above level 25 and believe you are ready for it. Alternatively, tests are offered in-game periodically and you should take advantage of them when they are.
Gruntees are required to have an approved lastname.
Gruntees get access to vault in the Shadowclan house.
You must have your lastname choice approved by both Gronkh and Herskar.
Gruntees wear dark brown equipment.
Grunts
Rank 4 - Grunt: Minimum level is 35. Grunts have completed a set of clan-administered tasks and quests specific to their class. Contact Gothis to find out what you have to do for this. Grunts are full members of Shadowclan and get access to the private tactics message board, officer chat, and alliance chat. Grunts can form and join tribes within Shadowclan, and can vote for warleaders.
Grunts have an approved lastname, and get access to Grunt vault in Shadowclan house.
Grunts wear dark grey equipment . Some members are known to wear charcole and even black.
Grunts wear the clan emblem on their cape and shield (stealthers may substitute dark capes in realm battles)
Goths
Rank 2 - Goth: Grunts that have in-game authority over other grunts. Gothis are war leaders etc.
Gothis look similar to Grunts
Clangoths
Rank 0 - Clangoth: Branch leader and clan helm members. Responsible for maintaining guild ranks and other Rank 0 functions and overall responsible for Shadowclan, especially out-of-game. Usually leaves in-game leadership responsibilities to the Goths, but can take charge when deemed appropriate.
Clangoths look similar to Grunts
