Chain of Command

There is a chain of command in Shadowclan; follow it.  Higher ranks are in-charge but authority is not to be abused.  

 Higher ranks can give orders to lower ranks and discipline them as needed.

Conflict Resolution

If a player has a problem they cannot resolve by speaking to the other player contact a guild officer.  If the problem is with a guild officer contact the branch head.  If the problem is with the branch head contact the clan helm on the message boards.
